MAGNETIC BEARING
The impeller is designed with three-dimensional flow backward bending, with wide working range and variable efficiency up to 96%. The impeller is made of high-strength aviation aluminum material, light weight and small moment of inertia. In order to ensure the service life of impeller, we have carried out CAE finite element analysis during design, 100% flaw detection for incoming materials, and 115% over speed test after processing to ensure the safety and reliability in the life cycle.
The rotor suspension is realized by using the active magnetic bearing technology with 5 degrees of freedom and electromagnetic force. The bearing has no contact, no friction, no lubrication, low noise, long service life, over 10000 signal acquisition and real-time correction per second, precise control of the rotor axis position, and automatic balancing technology. The vibration is one order of magnitude smaller than the conventional bearing, which is a high-efficiency bearing.

It saves the gearbox, completely eliminates the mechanical transmission loss, and has small volume and low noise. The speed can reach more than 75000 RPM, and the efficiency reach more than 97%.

Specially designed for high-speed motor, multiple optimization algorithms can effectively reduce motor heating, reduce switching loss and ensure reliable operation in hot environment. Control performance surpasses foreign brands.
According to the requirements of working conditions, the speed is adjusted to realize the adjustment of pressure and air flow; the blower has the function of surge prediction and anti-surge. It can save more electric energy for users, protect blowers better and realize remote monitoring.
