Maglev Turbo Blowers

ESURGING maglev high speed turbo blower is based on five-degree-freedom active magnetic bearing technology adopted high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, three-dimensional flow backward curved impeller design, and world leading turbo machinery design technologies.



The main structure of the blower: Impeller is intergrated directly to the motor shaft, rotor is suspended vertically in the active magnetic bearing, and accordingly the impeller is driven directly with high speed. There is no need for speed increaser, coupler, neigher gearbox, thus the transmission loss is completely eliminated, and the overall efficiency is up to 83%.
